Your facial begins with a grounded consultation, followed by a custom blend of cleansing, exfoliation, massage, and targeted treatment. Products are chosen thoughtfully for your skin’s current needs, with special attention to sensitivity and barrier health.
Dermaplaning, gentle peels, or advanced modalities may be included or recommended when appropriate—never just for the sake of it.

What should I do when I arrive for my appointment?
There are two parking spots located at the front of the building. If available, you’re welcome to park there and enter through the front door, which is closest to my suite.
If the front spots are taken, please continue driving behind the building to the back parking lot, where additional parking is available along with a rear entrance.
Pure Sugar Aesthetics is located in Suite 107.
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time unless you’ve received confirmation to arrive early, as there is no waiting area. If you arrive and the door is closed, I am likely finishing with another client—please wait briefly and I will welcome you in as soon as I’m available.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the service fee. No-show appointments will also be charged a no-show fee.
What is sugaring, and how is it different from waxing?
Sugaring uses a simple paste of sugar, water, and lemon. It’s applied at a lukewarm temperature and removed in the direction of hair growth, which many people find gentler on the skin compared to traditional wax.

You are welcome to call, email or DM the business to discuss skin concerns or simply book a facial, and i'll customize the experience once you arrive. If a peel, dermaplaning, or more advanced treatment is appropriate, we’ll discuss it together before moving forward.
How long do lash lifts last?
Lash lifts last about 6-8 weeks, directly corresponding to the natural growth and shedding cycle of your eyelashes. As old eyelashes shed and new ones grow in, the lifted effect gradually fades. Proper aftercare, such as keeping them dry for 24-48 hours, is crucial to maintaining the curl.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
For best results, please arrive with clean skin. Avoid using retinol or active exfoliants 3-5 days prior to any facial services including facial sugaring, and limit excessive sun exposure before and after your treatments. Please let me know ahead of time if you have had any recent procedures or have started a new medication so that we can ensure your service is safe and fully customized to you.
